Bob’s Beef Marinade
- 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup dark Soy Sauce
- 3 tbs. chopped garlic
- White Pepper to taste (about a teaspoon to start then add more as you get to know the recipe).
Mix it all together, place it and your meat in a sealed container (I like large zip-locks) and let sit. The longer you wait before cooking, the more flavorful the beef will become.
I know it sounds too simple to be true — but there it is. If you give it a try, please email me to let me know how things turned out!
One last word about this marinade. It is extremely potent. For anything I want to soak over night (like beef ribs,) I’ll dilute with 50% water. If I don’t, the flavor is actually too strong. For other cuts of meat, the thinner the meat, the shorter the marinade. Fajita meat only gets about an hour or so.
