My day job as a technical instructor takes me around the world, and everywhere I go I try to find a taste of the local BBQ (amongst other things.) Since many of my fellow instructors end up teaching in the same places I've started compiling a list of good places to eat around the country.
Most of these will be BBQ, but occasionally I'll find a good seafood or Chinese place and mention them as well ...
You might also notice that many of the pictures I’ve taken include a silly looking stuffed animal — the Red Bull. Mr. RB was given to me by my youngest daughter to keep me company when I travel. I take pictures of Red Bull doing whatever it is I find to amuse myself on the road — and send those pictures back to my family as a way to keep in touch. If you’ve ever had a job that included traveling then you probably understand the need to keep your kids involved in your life ... the Red Bull is my way of doing that.
