I'd give Redbones 4 out 5 BBQ Tongs - well worth the trip!
I have to say that I liked Redbones - the ribs were well smoked, juicy, meaty, had a great fire ring - all in all, well worth the trip. The brisket was a little on the dry side - and the sauces didn't help much (see my comment below.) My suggestion - have the ribs!
If you are a sauce guy (like me) you might be disappointed - while they had a few options, they deliver their sauces in little tiny cups. I went through 6 on the plate shown below (which gets to be embarrassing since they bring them out one at a time.)
Also - parking is problematic. This little neighborhood has narrow streets and lots of reserved spaces - beware those reserved spaces. You will get ticketed and probably towed.
